What is online therapy?
Teletherapy, also known as online therapy, e-therapy, e-counseling, or cyber-counseling, involves providing mental health services and support over the internet. Services can be offered through video conferencing or phone.
Teletherapy occurs in real-time, just like traditional therapy, but can be done from the comfort of your home/ office / or even your car which can save time on the commute and also help you access providers who are located in a different part of the state.
At Hello Mental Health we are able to treat clients throughout the entire state of Ohio, and many of our clinicians can also treat clients living in PsyPact Participating states.
